Description of duties:

• Be diligent, qualify, identify and close new sales opportunities
• Manage and maximize efficiency of your workload
• Review Scope of work and Contracts with Homeowners
• Obtain Referrals from prior clients 
• Be a collaborative Exterior Renovations team member
• Conduct exterior property inspections for wind and hail damage
• Make recommendations to Homeowners based on findings.
• Build relationships by earning trust with Homeowners 
• Educate and train customers on industry products, trends and Exterior Renovations capabilities
• Manage your sales pipeline via our CRM
• Maintain constant communication with Leadership, Homeowners and Office Staff
• Be dedicated to personal career development by reaching your set goals

Skills and requirements:

• Construction Sales (3 Years Preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively
• Ability to influence and drive decision making
• Able to work some evening and weekends when necessary
• Dedicated and motivated to succeed with little supervision
• Clean driving record

COMPENSATION:

$60,000-$100,000+ (Base + Commissions)
