Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently used Exterior Renovations for a full roof replacement and had a fantastic experience. Our project manager, Brett, was excellent—he communicated clearly and well throughout the entire process, keeping us updated every step of the way. The team worked incredibly hard to get the job done and did a thorough clean-up job afterward. They even put our gutter heaters back in place. We are highly satisfied with the results and would definitely use them in the future as needed and recommend them!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience with exterior renovations. The crew arrived very early and worked late days. They were extremely hard working , professional, organized, and neat. They did an excellent job removing two chimneys and repairing the roof. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent. I would definitely use this company again in the future. I feel they are honest - reliable- and professional

The process went much quicker than expected and Brent and his crew were top notch. Brent was a great communicator and answered all my questions in a very respectful manner. The bid was very fair and in line with what my insurance company recommended. If you are looking for a fair and honest company, I would recommend roof, gutter and downspout replacement by Exterior Renovations!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We chose Exterior Renovations for repair of some Hardie siding of our house. Our research showed they were somewhat of an expert in the area. In addition we had them add some trim around our front door. Their work and skills impressed me. Our siding was repaired well and trim looks fantastic. What made this a great experience though was their desire to make sure we were completely satisfied with the project in the end. That, to me, says much about the management. Thank you Exterior Renovations!

Testimonials

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness
We recently completed a whole house cement fiber siding replacement. They were helpful and thoroughly professional. They did not try to oversell the project and gave me a couple of options for various job sizes to manage our budget. They kept me updated throughout the project and answered any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. I was also impressed by the crew they sent to work on our house. The crew was professional and polite at all times. And of course, the job was done beautifully. I would definitely recommend Exterior Renovations. Two thumbs up from me.

Artisans! We never thought our house, a '60s tri-level in Parkwood Hills, could ever have curb appeal. But the team at Exterior Renovations knew exactly how to make it stand out. The results are amazing and even more surprising, came within our budget! A year later, we still get neighbors stopping by to discuss the look. We really came to see the team as family, they were so fun to have around. We wish they did interiors as well, would love to have them back. Michael, Jason, and the entire crew, thank you so much!
